Jan brings a rare synthesis of world-class creative direction and industrial design thinking to Qommerce — a background highly unusual for an AI-tech leadership team but critical for modern retail. While many AI leaders come solely from data-science backgrounds, Jan's expertise is rooted in the physicality and brand experience of retail, and the uncompromising determination to always find "the best." He founded Qommerce to innovate retail through digital solutions, driven to improve retail effectiveness. When starting to build digital products for the physical retail space, he soon realised that without data, everything is nothing.

Reza Esfahanian

15 years of AI-driven enterprise automation leadership with focus on martech & fintech.

As Co-Founder and CTO of Qommerce, Reza is the technical visionary and architect behind the platform's high-performance engine. He provides the computational muscle and the roadmap for autonomous orchestration, and is a vocal advocate for removing the "analyst bottleneck." His background is focused on building natural-language interfaces that allow non-technical marketing and sales teams to "talk to their data." While others build dashboards, Reza builds action engines — systems that don't just show you a problem, but have the technical plumbing to go out and fix it.

She joined the triumvirate last, productising the Qommerce offering for mere mortals, and brings the best-in-class digital playbook from how the biggest players in the world actually operate. Unlike many corporate executives, Caroline has also been in the trenches as Interim CEO and CMO — giving her a "founder's empathy."
